Meet Our Legal Staff

Shelly Vizena, office manager and paralegal at Rousseau & Ross, completed her undergraduate studies at Granite State College, graduating magna cum laude. Shelly then obtained her Master of Science in Law from Champlain College. Shelly has worked at the firm since 1998 and plays a critical role in the operation of the practice. She is a notary public, a member of the American Association for Justice and a member of the Vermont Association for Justice. In her spare time, Shelly cares for her granddaughters, enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Lori Howard, paralegal at Rousseau & Ross, completed her undergraduate studies at Vermont Technical College and obtained her certificate in paralegal studies through Woodbury College. Lori has more than 25 years of experience working as a paralegal. In her spare time, she works with her family on the Howard Homestead Farm in Thetford, Vermont.

Kim Waterhouse, paralegal at Rousseau & Ross, joined the firm in 2019. She holds an Associate Degree in Secretarial Science from Hesser College. Kim has over 18 years of experience working as a paralegal. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and supporting her local community.

Summer Rogers, receptionist at Rousseau & Ross and legal assistant to Kira Botting, joined the firm in 2023. She comes with a background in early childhood education, hospitality, banking and nonprofits. She is a certified grant coordinator and is certified in managing customer service. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her sisters, going to shows and taking care of her cats.

Jessica Osgood, paralegal at Rousseau & Ross, joined the firm in 2026. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Champlain College. She comes with a background in early childhood education, elementary education, adult education, and being an executive assistant. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with two sons, gardening, embroidery, and crafting.
